Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as bank transfers. Enterprise customers may also pay via invoice on agreed terms.
Can I purchase additional classifications mid-month?
Yes. Additional classification credits can be purchased directly within the platform at any time. Each additional classification is charged at a base rate of £0.30.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you retain full access until then.
